Southern Ohio PORTS Mega Site
This 80-acre industrial site on former DOE site is ideal for advanced energy projects, manufacturing and for R&D/Data. The site is within a secure fenced industrial area with abundant water and sewer capacity as well as Fiber, compressed air and steam plant. Utilities include 345 and 765 kV line in the industrial park. Onsite security, fire/EMS and medical facility. Industrial park is served by NS and is adjacent to 4-lane highway.
Zahns Corner Industrial Park
This 127.93-acre industrial site has all utility infrastructure and Fiber on site, a CSX mainline is adjacent to the site, and an AEP 138 kV line crosses through the park. Site also has 6 inch gas line with gas pressure of 375 and excess capacity of 696,000 mcf/year. Plus an 8 inch water line with excess capacity of 1,200,000 GPD and 8 inch sewer line with excess capacity of 250,000 GPD.
Zahns Corner Jackson Building
Stand-alone 1 million sf building constructed in 1998. Located just outside of Waverly, Ohio at the intersection of US-32 and US-23, with convenient 4-lane access to Columbus, Cincinnati and Charleston. 28’ clear height with 96 docks and 4 drive in doors. ESFR sprinkler. Heavy utilities, Fiber, rail access, abundant parking/trailer parking.

SODI is the DOE recognized Community Reuse Organization (CRO), the lead entity tasked with redeveloping the underutilized land and facilities at the DOE Piketon site, while at the same time promoting economic development and diversifying the region’s economy. We work with a number of state and regional partners.
