Private Sale

When an item is placed on the website, SODI will accept expressions of interest for seven (7) days from private or commercial enterprises that will use the property for their business operations. At the conclusion of seven (7) days, SODI shall determine if there is an offer that meets the goals of the asset transition program and sell the property or determine that the property will remain on the website for expressions of interest from governmental or non-profit organizations.
