Non-Profit Sale
From days eight (8) through fourteen (14) from the date that an item is placed on the website, SODI will accept expressions of interest from governmental or non-profit entities interested in using the property for their organization operations. At the conclusion of day fourteen (14), SODI shall determine if there is any offer that meets the goals of the asset transition program and sell the property or determine that the property will remain on the website for expressions of interest from the general public.
